Acceptance

By downloading or using Unscatter, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Unscatter is a productivity application for iOS. We provide free and paid tiers of the service. Features available in each tier are described in the app and on our website.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. All payments are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not process payments directly.

Renewals: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Please visit Apple's support page to request a refund.

Free trial: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

Data and analytics

By using Unscatter you agree to our collection of anonymous usage analytics as described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics are identified only by a randomly generated device UUID — never your name, email, or Apple ID — and your task and reward content is never captured.

You can opt out of analytics at any time in Settings → Privacy → Help improve Unscatter. Opting out immediately stops all event collection from your device.

Your task data, rewards, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any data you wish to keep.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell the app or any part of it
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

Intellectual property

All content in the app — including the Brain Matrix design, mascot, copy, and feature names — is owned by Unscatter and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Disclaimers

Unscatter is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition including ADHD. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unscatter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we make changes.
